Reservations

Minimum of stay – 3 days

Reservation is considered for valid after an arrangement with our office manager and after sending a deposit  10% from the common sum.
All expenses and charges (for banks and other services) for the reservation deposit are at the sender’s expense.

The rest of the reservation value is paid in cash upon check-in.

Check in – after 14h. Check out – before 11h.

Smoking is forbidden in all our apartments! You can smoke on the terraces.

Cancellation & cancellation policy:

– Up to 15 days before the date of arrival – 100% refund of the amount

– Up to 7 days before the date of arrival – 50% refund of the amount of the deposit / deposit

– Up to 3 days before the date of arrival – the amount is not refunded

No refunds in case of premature departure from the apartments!

IMPORTANT!

If for reasons beyond our control, we need to cancel your reservation, your deposit will be refunded 100%. Or we will offer you another similar apartment. Such reasons may be, for example, that the owner of the apartment has sold it or decided to stop it from renting. As well as other force majeure situations.

Additional paid services upon request:

If possible and with a prior arrangement, we can provide a high chair and/or a crib with a mattress, while the bed linen and pillow are the responsibility of the guests.

Baby crib. Price per day – BGN 5.

Highchair for children. Price per day – BGN 5.

Apartment cleaning during the stay – BGN 50.

Change of bed linen and towels, set for 1 person – BGN 12.

Transfer from Burgas airport to Pomorie – on request and by agreement.
